At the South West Beauty Awards, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all of our customers. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases, including event tickets, sponsorship packages, or award entry fees, once your order has been processed.

All sales are final, and we encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the transaction. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, please contact us, and we may be able to assist you with transferring your tickets, subject to availability and approval.

In the unlikely event of the cancellation or rescheduling of the awards ceremony, we will notify you promptly and will work with you to resolve any issues.
